Key features
- Channel scan. Displays a signal-strength curve: ≈ −120 dBm is a clear channel; > −100 dBm continuously for > 1 min is a busy channel.
- Device simulation. Simulates smoke/heat detectors, call points, sounder beacons and I/O to measure the radio signal at the installation position.
- Displays Total / Success / RSSI / SNR. Assesses link quality before the position is finalized.
- Plug-and-play. Plug the USB into the CODER-F100E, no software installation; with overcurrent and overvoltage protection.

Usage notes
- Power only from the CODER-F100E programmer.
- The device to be simulated must first be registered on the panel.
- Measure ≈ 10 times at each position; pass when RSSI ≥ −100 dBm and SNR > 0.
