Heat detector with an integrated wireless module that continuously measures ambient temperature and raises an alarm when the threshold is exceeded. For places where fires generate a lot of heat, or where smoke / steam is frequently present and smoke detectors are prone to false alarms.
Key features
- Real-time heat sensor. Continuously collects temperature readings and alarms when the preset threshold is exceeded.
- Local sounder. Three beeps repeated about every 4 s on fire alarm.
- Self-monitoring. Reports sensor faults and low battery < 2.75 V.
- Replaces smoke detectors where steam is heavy. Kitchens, garages, generator rooms… wherever smoke detectors are unsuitable.

Installation notes
- For places where fires generate a lot of heat, or where smoke and steam are frequently present.
- Do not install where the ambient temperature > +40 °C or air velocity > 15 m/s.
- Layout per TCVN 5738:2021 (ceiling ≤ 3.5 m: ≤ 25 m² per detector, spacing ≤ 5 m).

The communication range is a manufacturer's figure measured in an unobstructed space. Indoors, the signal attenuates through walls and concrete floors — always test the alarm at the actual installation position and add a DAS-WMS-200 as a repeater when needed.
